OMG… Mandess with Live Radio & TikTok
What a morning! I was prepping for my Sunday 80s show on CPRFM.com 95.1 – 100.2. First, the new digital audio desk decided it wasn’t going to play nicely and lost all its settings, which was at the 11th hour of the show going live. Then, for some stupid reason, I must be nuts right now or something. I thought it was a great idea to start my first TikTok video.
That became apparent; I had no idea what I was doing, and worse still, what was I thinking? It turns out I managed to add an audio track that was too loud, and you couldn’t hear what I was saying.
What is surprising, though, is that I’ve already had 158 TikTokers view this video, so if nothing else, the world also knows I’m clueless with video tech, so much for an IT guy.
Oh well, you have to laugh at yourself sometimes and this is one of those priceless moments and another funny thing to look back on later down the line.
At this stage, with the Radio station beaming me live from Hawkhurst, I just had to post as it was and run with it. The show went well, and it was loads of fun, as this was my second show. I loved being back on the Radio and have a passion for the 80s vibe from yesteryear.
My old mate from CPR FM, James Clark, popped over for a quick bite to eat and a catch-up, which was great to see, James.
With my Chemo starting tomorrow afternoon, obviously this madness was meant to happen, to make me just love life even more… Having the best time bring it on
